License grant
Upon purchase, Shipeed grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CLI tool, VS Code plugin, and associated templates/add-ons according to your plan tier. You may use generated code in unlimited personal and commercial projects (Business and Unlimited plans include commercial use).
What you can do
- Use Shipeed to generate unlimited projects for personal use
- Modify generated code however you want
- Ship products built with Shipeed to app stores and web
- Use generated code in client projects (Business/Unlimited plans)
What you cannot do
- Redistribute Shipeed templates or add-ons as your own product
- Share your Shipeed account or license with others
- Reverse-engineer the CLI binary to extract raw template source
- Resell access to Shipeed or its generated output as a service
Lifetime access
All plans are one-time purchases with lifetime access. This means you get access to all updates, new templates, and new integrations released during the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Shipeed product, not the purchaser.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied, email support@shipeed.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Limitation of liability
Shipeed is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated code. You are responsible for reviewing and testing code before deployment.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Shipeed after changes constitutes acceptance.
